JS started business from real fur, developed faux fur since 2015, for now as a global Faux fur apparel manufacturer with a vertically integrated supply chain that straddles from raw materials to garments, with manufacturing facilities in China, Great designers and AI Techology application.
02What types of fashion products does JS offer?
JS can offer All fashion with fur or all fur products. Such as Full fur coats, Wool fabric+Fur, Knit+Fur, Suede+Fur, Leather+Fur, Woven fabric+fur, fur accessories.
03What are JS key markets and customer segments?
JS’ key market is North American and Europe, Customer group includes Time-Honored Brand, emerging Designers Brand, Online Retailers, Viral Brands. We only do B2B business till now.
04Do JS products comply with any standards?
JS Faux fur products comply with European standards such as EN 12520/12521, US CPSC 16 CFR Part 1610, OEKO-TEX. The Real fur are ethically sourced which follow the RWS and ECA standards, much like the beef and lamb on the table.
05Is JS able to make our own designs produced?
Of course, this is our main business. You provide us the designs and we produce them for you in demanded sizes, colors, and quality, Logo, even logistic service.
06Could JS develop any new just from our idea?
Sure, and We are proud of the special services and ODM service. As we know the online retailer company are good at Website Architecture Design or SEO, we could provide 100+ dsigns a week for one client.
07Is there a minimum order quantity?
Here is special policy for new clients. For stock fur/material made is 50pcs for each SKU, for customized fur/material made is 500pcs for each SKU.
08How long is the lead time for JS products?
Lead time usually takes place within 45-60 days of order confirmation.
09Can you send me a sample to evaluate the quality?
Yes,we can send the sample to you to show our design and quality.
Sample cost and freight can be negotiated.
10How quality control is handled at JS?
JS has a dedicated quality team and its own physical testing center to ensure that every product passes the tests.
11What is your guarantee and return policy for defective products?
Guarantee for Repair or Replacement Policy:
At JS, we are committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction. We inspect every products over 3 times to avoid that, one online brand cooperated us at the first year, ordered 3000pcs of a SKU, no complian from the final customer, and we continue cooperating with them till now.
Guarantee Policy Details:
Notification: If you discover a defect in any of our products, just show us the photo.
Assessment: Our quality assurance team will evaluate the defect. If confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will authorize a replacement and improving the whole manufacturing processes not only your order.
Replacement Dispatch: Replacement products can be dispatched at your expense or consolidated with your next order to reduce shipping costs. This flexible approach is designed to accommodate your preferences and budget.
Continuous Support: Our customer service team will assist you throughout the process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution.

12Does JS have sales representatives in Europe?
Yes, JS has sales representatives in Russia who can respond quickly to your needs and can also arrange visits to customers.
13Could JS non-discovery our designs?
Sure, We cuold sign NDA before cooperation. All your own designs would be protect here, we have not had any unhappy about this during 15 years.
