We still remember the winter of 2023, when orders surged unexpectedly. One fur processing factory worked overtime for three consecutive weeks to ensure our bulk orders shipped on schedule. On another occasion, during a dyeing process upgrade, a partner factory voluntarily absorbed trial-and-error costs to help us achieve more environmentally friendly and stable color results.
